The move is aimed at preventing the exploitation or abuse of children via the Internet. Children&amp;rsquo;s Advocate, Diahann Gordon Harrison, says the guide dubbed: &amp;lsquo;Be Social&amp;hellip;Be Smart&amp;rsquo; &amp;ldquo;is putting power in the hands of parents&amp;rdquo; to protect their children.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
