Praising Teachers

Posted on 5/26/2016

The Worship Centre on Old Harbour Road, just outside of Spanish Town, honoured 14 teachers from primary and high schools. The service, which was held at the Church, was organised in commemoration of Teachers' Day and to celebrate the contributions of the educators as well as others island wide.

“The Worship Centre recognises the challenge our country faces in imparting moral values to our youth and the critical importance of this for the future of our country. We therefore encourage and recognise the devotion and commitment of these teachers in making a positive impact at the primary and high school levels. They, by their lifestyles, teaching, and example, help to promote the life-changing message of our Lord Jesus Christ,” the church said.
